PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a degranulation inhibitor for a mast cell, a method for inhibiting degranulation of a mast cell, and a therapeutic agent for a disease caused by abnormality of a mast cell. SOLUTION: The degranulation inhibitor for a mast cell comprises as an effective ingredient a substance inhibiting a process of biosynthesis of a micro-RNA from a micro-RNA precursor, for example, a substance inhibiting expression of a Dicer1 gene.
