PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing printed matter which is used for preventing forgery or duplication of valuable securities such as a bank note, a stock certificate, a debenture and various certificates, an important document or the like. SOLUTION: In the forgery preventing printed matter having high forgery prevention effect and including a first invisible image and a second invisible image, the first invisible image and the second invisible image are formed in the same region, the first invisible image can be recognized when observed with inclination and the second invisible image can be recognized when observed by superposing a discrimination implement 2 thereon.
