<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC impedance measuring device which measures an impedance with few errors even while a voltage or a current is in the middle of a change in transient response. <P>SOLUTION: The AC impedance measuring device is configured to calculate an impedance of an object to be measured on the basis of data obtained by performing Fourier transform on data having transient response contained in at least either a current or a voltage obtained by applying, to the object to be measured, a signal on which a period signal has been superimposed. The AC impedance measuring device is equipped with: a Fourier transform unit configured to perform Fourier transform on the current and the voltage while sequentially shifting a start time by using a transformation window having a time width of an integral multiple of the superimposed signal period, and to convert and output data strings; a difference sequence calculator configured to sequentially calculate difference sequences of the Fourier transform data strings of the voltage and of the current; and an impedance calculator configured to calculate the impedance of the object to be measured on the basis of a ratio of the current difference data and the voltage difference data calculated by the difference sequence calculator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
