PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which hardly suffers damage on a core pack stored inside even when external force is applied to an outer case and which has high safety performance. SOLUTION: The outer case of the battery pack is formed by making an upper case member 10 and a lower case member 20 fit their openings so as to face each other. The core pack including a plurality of element batteries 49 are stored in the outer case. An inner wall 26 located inside an outer wall 22 along the outer wall 22 is arranged on an inner bottom surface of the lower case member 20 of the battery pack. The inner wall 26 is formed with two sets of: a separating section 26a extended in a slant direction to the outer wall 22 and separated from the core pack; and a section 26b coming in surface contact with the core pack.
