BODY EDGE FOR SILO AND HEAT INSULATING STRUCTURE OF SILO USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to suppress the number of welding operations during manufacturing and to suppress the amount of materials to be used in a body edge for silo used as a ground material between an inner wall material and an outer wall material constituting an outer peripheral wall of the silo of a double wall structure. SOLUTION: The body edge for the silo includes: a body edge 31 consisting of a longitudinal steel plate and arranged on the outside to the inner wall material 11 made of steel, and constituting the outer peripheral wall 10 of the silo at intervals so as to along the peripheral direction; and a plurality of standing pieces 41 which stand toward the inner wall material 11 from the body edge 31 and the end parts 41a of which are joined with the inner wall material 11. The standing pieces 41 are integrally formed with the body edge 31 by bending a cut piece 33 surrounded by cuts formed in the end part in the plate width direction of the body edge 31 to the inner wall material 11 side.
