PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for detecting the positional deviation of a punched hole, in which the positional deviation of the punched hole on a bottom material is detected to suppress production of defective products. SOLUTION: The apparatus for detecting the positional deviation of the punched hole, which is used for detecting the positional deviation of the punched hole bored on the bottom material when the films of a body material and the bottom material of a soft packaging bag standing pouch are sealed with each other when stopping an intermittent feeding, includes: a film nipping means for nipping the layered films of the body material and the bottom material; a means which is arranged at the film nipping means, has the principle of leverage and thickens the film; and an optical path cutoff detection means arranged at the tip of the means for thickening the film.
