PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect breakage of a glass plate. SOLUTION: The foam chamber 1 is mounted in foam fire-extinguishing equipment set in a storage tank T with higher internal pressure than atmospheric pressure. The foam chamber 1 includes a foam outlet 4a connected in contact with the storage tank T and a foaming device 2 communicating with the foam outlet 4a via a shielding part S formed of a glass plate 10.
