PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a benzenesulfonamide derivative and pharmaceutical compositions of the same. SOLUTION: This benzenesulfonamide derivative is represented by formula (I) and pharmaceutical compositions of the same are also disclosed. This benzenesulfonamide derivative is a promising cell cycle inhibitor, therefore, this benzenesulfonamide derivative and the pharmaceutical compositions become a candidate for antitumor drugs which may target cell cycle.
