DEVICE FOR SHOWING WIDE VISUAL FIELD IMAGE TO BOTH EYES AND MEASURING SIGHT LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which, even in a narrow space within an MRI apparatus for instance, shows a wide visual field image as well as a stereoscopic image to both eyes, and moreover concurrently measures movements of eyeballs observing this image.

SOLUTION: The device includes an image-showing optical system 1 separated to right and left and a photographing optical system 2 for photographing the pupils of the eyeballs to which the image is show. The maximum diameter of each of the image-showing optical system 1 is equal to or less than a distance between the right and left eyes. The first lens 1a of the respective image-showing optical system 1 is arranged within the range where: a visual angle of the effective diameter of the first lens 1a from the eyeball 103 in the horizontal direction on the shown image is equal to or larger than the horizontal viewing angle on the shown image; a visual angle of the effective diameter of the first lens 1a from the eyeball 103 in the vertical direction on the shown image is equal to or larger than the vertical viewing angle on the shown image; and the inclination angle from the front of the eyeball to be photographed by the photographing optical system 2 is the maximum or less.
