<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of making it hard to lower oxidation resistance of a base material, even if a cobalt oxide film is formed on the surface of an interconnector base material by a plating oxidation method. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an interconnector for a fuel cell so composed that a coating film mainly composed of cobalt oxide is formed on a base material mainly composed of stainless steel includes a polishing process in which electropolishing is carried out for the press molded base material composed of stainless steel, a plating process in which metallic cobalt is plated on the electropolished base material, and an oxidizing process in which the plated layer formed in the plating process is oxidized in an oxidizing atmosphere to change the metallic cobalt plated layer into the cobalt oxide coating film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
