<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superior effect of reducing dust generation than conventional ball screws by preventing dust generated within a nut from exiting outside as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A ball screw includes a double nut 10, a screw shaft 2, balls 3, ring-like non-contact seals 4, end deflectors 5, and annular spacers 6. The double nut 10 is formed by connecting a first nut 1 and a second nut 1A via a spacer 9. A ball return path is formed inside each of the nuts 1, 1A, and the ring-shaped non-contact seals 4 are arranged axially at both ends of the double nut 10. A suction hole 7 is formed in the spacer 9, and a greasing hole 8 is formed in a flange 11 of the first nut 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
