<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate in which the light guide plate of a size, according to a request, can be obtained by cutting an original light guide, plate according to application and further, and the luminance distribution of its light emission face can be made uniform. <P>SOLUTION: An original light guide plate 24 is prepared which is designed to be used, by arranging a plurality of light sources 25 with a constant pitch P opposed to a light incident face 31, and designed so that a uniform light emission luminance is obtained on the light emitting surface 42. Then, by cutting the original light guide plate 24, the light guide plate 24 of a desired size is obtained. The light guide plate 24 so cut is formed to have an inclined face 43, by cutting the corner part inclined, according to the distance from the light source 25 on the edge to the side face of the light guide plate 24, or a reverse inclined face 44 is formed at a part corresponding to the light source 25 at the edge, and thereby, it is readjusted so that uniform light emission luminance is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
