<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument which can avoid liquid leakage after pulling up from hot water, be sanitarily kept, and efficiently perform the extraction operations of an extraction object. <P>SOLUTION: The device 7 includes a first member 1 and a second member 2. The first member 1 has a first base body part 10 and an extraction part 17. The first base body part 10 is tubular. The extraction part 17 is bag-like, consists of sheet materials which have liquid permeability, and is attached to at least one end (101) in the tube axis direction L of the first base body part 10.
