<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve user-friendliness of business card exchange, by facilitating exchanging of business card data using a mobile terminal, and by more flexibly coping with a change in contents of the business card data. <P>SOLUTION: A business card data exchange device 3 includes: a user information memory 37 for storing a profile of each user who uses a mobile terminal 1; a generator 32 for generating business data on the basis of the profile stored in the user information memory 37; and a transmitter which accepts a request from the mobile terminal 1 and transmits his or her business card data or its address to a mobile terminal of a request source. When the profile stored in the user information memory 37 is changed, the generator 32 regenerates business card data on the basis of a changed profile.
