<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging design support device, a packaging design support method and a program, for supporting optimum arrangement of electronic components by visually acquiring a wiring distance between electronic components. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring distance between one electronic component 101 of a plurality of electronic components 101-105 displayed in a screen and each of the electronic components 102, 103, 104 to be connected to the electronic component 101 is calculated. Based on the calculated wiring distances and a restriction condition corresponding to the electronic component 101, display colors are determined.
