<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display video information on a horizontal information display screen while adjusting the direction of the video information according to the position of a user. <P>SOLUTION: An information display screen is arranged in a horizontal direction and divided into two areas in advance. A sensor determines the position of a person near the display device. If there are a plurality of persons around, the video information is rotated and displayed on the horizontal information display screen in a direction proper for a side of a larger number of persons .
