<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus, a wireless communication system, and an association information setting method, for setting association information in an apparatus by a simple operation, and for preventing an outsider from performing a wireless connection with the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus includes: a first communication unit that performs a wireless communications with two storage media that store therein association information for establishing a wireless connection and user identification information for identifying a user, and receives the association information and the user identification; a determination unit that performs user authentication, based on the user identification information, determines whether to validate the association information, based on the user authentication, and sets, when the association information is determined to be valid, the association information; and a second communication unit that establishes a wireless connection, based on the association information set by the determination unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
