<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy substrate which has superior insulation properties and voltage resistance and is superior in strength against high temperature, and to provide a method for manufacturing a flexible thin-film solar cell with high efficiency by a roll-to-roll method while using the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy 2 includes 2.0-7.0 mass% magnesium and the balance being aluminum with unavoidable impurities. The method for manufacturing the thin-film solar cell 1 includes the steps of: manufacturing a substrate having an oxide film 3 which has thickness of more than 1μm to 30μm and has insulation properties, on the surface of the aluminum alloy 2, by continuously sending out the aluminum alloy sheet 2 which is wound into a roll form and subjecting the sheet to anodic treatment, sealing treatment and the like; winding the substrate into a roll form once; and subsequently continuously sending out the aluminum alloy 2 which has been wound into the roll form and has an insulation layer 3, and forming a back-face electrode layer 4 and a light absorption layer 5 on the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
