<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved document management system that is not difficult to use, and is not time-consuming. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment is a document access device configured to process access to the document management application of a document management system. The document access device is provided with: a user information maintaining unit configured to, as for a plurality of registered users, maintain the user access information of each of the plurality of registered users including user interface information for registering one or more user interfaces of each of the registered users; and a user interface unit configured to receive user information from the log-in of the specific user of a client terminal, and to extract the user interface information registered about the specific user by using the user information, and to provide one or more user interfaces registered about the registered user for displaying it on the client terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
