PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a regenerated thermoplastic resin molded article of high quality by forming spalls of different sizes using spalls (A) obtained from degraded parts in a surface degrading step and spalls (B) obtained from the other parts than the degraded parts.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the regenerated thermoplastic resin molded article includes: a surface degrading step of degrading the surface of a thermoplastic resin molded article by ultraviolet irradiation; a crushing step of crushing the spalls (A) obtained from the degraded parts in the surface degrading step and spalls (B) obtained from the other parts than the degraded parts so that the spalls (A) and the spalls (B) have a different mean maximum diameter; a separating step of separating the spalls (B) among the spalls (A) and the spalls (B); and a molding step of the regenerated thermoplastic resin molded article of molding and regenerating the thermoplastic resin molded article.
