<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device that facilitates installation of a bypass diode. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device is provided with: a photoelectric conversion module 202 constituted by connecting photoelectric conversion cells, divided with slits S3, in series; an insulating member 204 in which holes 32 where reverse surfaces of the photoelectric conversion cells are exposed are bored over a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells and which is extended in a direction of series connections; bypass diodes 206, arranged in the holes 22 of the insulating member 204, for bypassing the photoelectric conversion cells; a back sheet 208 sealing a reverse surface of the photoelectric module 202 together with the insulating member 204 and bypass diodes 206; and a filler 210 charged between the photoelectric conversion module 202 and back sheet 208. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
