<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an armature core of a rotating electrical machine, for reducing cogging torque caused by the variation of dimensional accuracy of a split core, which is unavoidable in manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: Three sets of split cores C are formed, by stacking core pieces CP1 punched by using the same punching die and punched at the same position in the width direction of a rolled steel plate. The three sets of split cores C formed of the first core pieces CP1 are disposed as a first split core C1, a fifth split core C5, and a ninth split core C9 at equal angle intervals of 120°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
