PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warehouse for battery charging preventing interference between a battery and a charging connection part when carrying-in/carrying-out the battery. SOLUTION: A lift carriage 21 of an automatic warehouse for battery charging includes a first sensor 35 and a second sensor 36 detecting a charging electrode 30 from positions of different elevations. A control device controls to start pushing-out of a slide fork 22 based on a result of detection by the first sensor 35 when the lift carriage 21 is at a scooping elevation, and to start drawing-in of the slide fork 22 based on a result of detection by the second sensor 36 when the lift carriage 21 is at an unloading elevation, when carrying the battery 10 out of a charging housing S.
