PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy joining of a sheet part consisting of a porous material by automation, and prevention of peeling off of the sheet part, while preventing conduction failures of a contact part. SOLUTION: The contact switching device includes a contact part 1, which operates an open and close by a movable contact 9 contacting with and separating from fixed contacts 16a, 17a; and a box state case 2, which houses the contact part 1 in the interior. On the outer face of the case 2 wall part, a plurality of ventilating holes 3b constituted by penetrating through the interior of a case 2 are installed. In the interior of the wall part, the ventilation holes 3b are closed by double molding the sheet part 21, consisting of a porous material having waterproofness and air permeability in the case 2.
