PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toll collection system capable of easily determining a toll even if toll roads managed by different operation companies are connected. SOLUTION: Exit information ExA1 from an exit gate 10-1 of a toll road A is converted to the entrance information EnB2 of a toll road B in a processor 20. Then, in the processor 20, first entrance-exit information is prepared using the entrance information EnB2 and exit information ExB1 from an exit gate 30-1, and the toll of the toll road B is determined. Also, entrance information EnA1 from an entrance gate 10-2 of the toll road A is converted to the exit information ExB2 of the toll road B in the processor 20. Then, in the processor 20, second entrance-exit information is prepared using the entrance information ExB1 from an entrance gate 30-2 and the exit information ExB2, and the toll of the toll road B is determined.
