PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly suppress noise by detecting a time period when noise is intensively concentrated only in a very short period. SOLUTION: A sound processing device 100 includes: section detecting units 102 and 104 for detecting a sound section including a sound signal, or an unstable sound section including unstable signals other than the sound signal, from an input signal; and a filter calculation unit 106 which holds a sound signal in the sound section, and which calculates a filter coefficient for suppressing the unstable signal in the unstable sound section, as a result of detection by the section detection. The filter calculation section 106 calculates the filter coefficient, by utilizing the filter coefficient calculated in the unstable sound section, in the sound section, and by utilizing the filter coefficient calculated in the sound section, in the unstable sound section.
