IMAGED IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE, IMAGED IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC MAP OUTPUT BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for intelligibly displaying information of an imaging location and an imaging direction in imaging on an electronic map when displaying an imaged image of a digital camera by being related to the electronic map.

SOLUTION: In this imaged image display device, map data and an imaged image including positional information and directional information recorded at least in imaging an image are input, and the positional information and the directional information are extracted from the imaged image. The imaged image display device is equipped with: a display position determination means to determine a display position on an electronic map from the extracted positional information; a head part image generation means to generate a head part image obtained by adjusting the orientation of the face of a character to a direction corresponding to the extracted directional information; a head part image output means to output an electronic map image from the map data and superpose the head part image on the display position determined on the electronic map image to be output; and an imaged image display means to display the imaged image.
