<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a die attach with less raw material usage. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the die attach film 10 having a first plane size D1 corresponding to the external form of an adhered object and a first thickness t1 includes: a process (step S11) for applying a liquid raw material 27 of the die attach film on a first base film 11 in an amount required to obtain at least the first plane size D1 and the first thickness t1; a process (step S12) for forming the applied liquid raw material 27 of the die attach film to have a second thickness t2 larger than the first thickness t1; and a process (step S13) for drying the formed liquid raw material 29 of the die attach film to convert to the die attach film 10 having the first thickness t1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
