<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the outer cylinder screen of a rotary concentration machine preventing the displacement and deformation of the carrying-out direction and the rotary direction of the screen due to compression and sliding contact of the screw blades. <P>SOLUTION: In the outer cylinder screen 2 of the rotary concentration machine 1, no hole is formed in the flange part 29b and the bent part 29c of a circular screen 29, a reinforcing plate 30 formed by bending a side end part 30a is placed to the flange part 29c of the screen 29, the side end part 30a of the reinforcing plate 30 is made to abut on the bent part 29c of the screen 29, placed on an outer cylinder frame 26 connected with a reinforcing rib 23, and held to the flange part 29a of the screen 29 with a pressing plate 32 to form a circular outer cylinder 33, and then the cylindrical outer cylinder screen is composed by joining the plurality of the outer cylinders 33. Thus, breakage of screen 29 can be prevented by suppressing the stress concentration by the compression load and tension load applied to the screen 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
