<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lamp widely utilized in existing lighting apparatuses which originally uses a fluorescent lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The LED lamp 10 has a short circuit member 22b for short-circuiting terminals 101a, 101b originally connected to the filament of the fluorescent lamp, when the LED lamp 10 is mounted to the lighting apparatus 100. A driving unit 23 is connected to a power-supply system 200, when one end of a cable 30 is connected to a socket 102 to which a glow starter is originally connected through a cap 31.
