PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management apparatus and information terminal for exchanging information with another user with high emotional expression without time constraint, and an information content viewing method.

SOLUTION: The information management apparatus 2 includes: a receiving unit (a network management module 402 and a video/audio/user-data registration deletion module 409) for receiving and collecting from one or more information terminals 4 voice information (user voice data DC) containing voice of a viewer made when reproducing information content (video content DB) in each information terminal 4, and a relative time within a playback period corresponding to each of speech portions in that voice; and a distribution unit (network management module 402) for distributing the voice information received by the receiving unit to the one or more information terminals.
