<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement washing container that effectively removes water and a low-melting fiber residue from a gel sheet supporting an aerogel precursor on a fiber body after hydrolysis and a displacement washing apparatus using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The displacement washing container 1 includes a container body 2, a lid body 3, and hangers 4 having hooks 42 for locking the surface of the gel sheet. The container body 2 is formed with a hanger support member 21 for arranging a plurality of hangers 4 at prescribed intervals and has a size to store a gel sheet 5 held under each hanger 4. The upper part of one end side and the lower part of the other end side of the hangers 4 are provided with branched pipes 22 and 23, respectively, and the branched pipes 22 and 23 are equipped with supply and discharge pipes 22a and 23a, respectively, for supplying and discharging an organic solvent from the outside of the container body 2 and equipped with a plurality of organic solvent supply and discharge ports 22b and 23b, respectively, at prescribed intervals along a longitudinal direction toward the container body 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
