<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce possibility that a second housing may collide with a first housing when rotating the second housing by positioning the second housing at a position where it should be rotated in an electronic apparatus in which the rotating operation and opening and closing operation of the housing is possible. <P>SOLUTION: A washer 14a is provided with a protrusion 14d, and a first support 12a is provided with a recess 12b, and when the opening and closing angle of a second housing 2 ranges from 90 to 100 degrees, the protrusion 14d is fit into the recess 12b so that the second housing 2 can be slightly positioned at the opening and closing angle ranging from 90 to 100 degrees. Accordingly, the second housing 2 can be positioned at the opening and closing angle to be rotated.
