<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of performing a detailed working time analysis by specifying a manufacturing device being an object of a worker and a work content executed to the device. <P>SOLUTION: This device operation information analysis device includes: a means for collecting sensor data at each unit time from an acceleration sensor installed at the production device, position sensors possessed by a plurality of workers, and a plurality of acceleration sensors attached to different portions of bodies of the plurality of workers; a means for specifying a device operation content from data of the acceleration sensor installed at the device; a means for specifying the worker operation content at each unit time from the data of the position sensors possessed by the workers and the acceleration sensors; a means for specifying the work content executed to the device by the worker at each unit time by combining the specified information thereof; and a means for analyzing the specified work content and displaying a result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
