<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate communication node system from which an unnecessary node is eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: A personal computer recognizes a communication route from a transmission source node to each of first to fourth transmission destination nodes (S201). The transmission source node notifies the personal computer about information of all relay nodes stored in a storage portion (S202). Then, the personal computer compares the IDs of relay nodes included in the communication route from the transmission source node to the first to fourth transmission destination nodes with the IDs of all the relay nodes to extract differences (S203), and thereby extracts relay nodes without being included in the communication route as redundant nodes (S204).
