PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinking agent for a crosslinkable elastomer having higher crosslinking rate relative to triallyl isocyanurate (TAIC). SOLUTION: The crosslinking agent for a crosslinkable elastomer includes a bis-isocyanurate derivative represented by general formula (I), wherein X represents a 1-12C alkylene or alkenylene group which may comprise a carbonyl group, an ether bond or an ester bond in its main chain, and may have a substituent in its side chain; at least two of Y<SP>1</SP>, Y<SP>2</SP>, Y<SP>3</SP>and Y<SP>4</SP>each independently represents an optionally substituted allyl group, while remainder represent hydrogen atoms or optionally substituted hydrocarbon groups.
