PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jetting head with a printing quality improved by suppressing generation of chipping on the edge part of an opening of a positioning hole by a positioning pin, and a liquid jetting apparatus. SOLUTION: The liquid jetting head includes: a head body 10 with a nozzle opening for delivering ink; a base plate 20 provided with a positioning pin 23; and a positioning plate 50 provided with a positioning hole 51 and consisting of a silicon substrate. In the liquid jetting head, the head body 10 is arranged at a specified position of the base plate 20 by inserting the positioning pin 23 into the positioning hole 51, and the edge part of the opening on the side of the positioning hole 51 through which the positioning pin 23 is inserted is chamfered.
