PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle charger that can continuously charge without a stop of charging even when the power environment is bad, such as use of an extension harness, home electric appliances are used, or the like. SOLUTION: A current value is calculated for subsequent commercial power value variations by a voltage threshold value, a first current threshold value, and a basic charge condition for the charge calculated from a second current threshold value. When the current value reaches the excess value of the second current threshold value, a charge starts from a predetermined output power value again. In addition, if the current value detected by a current value detection part goes beyond the second threshold value for a predetermined frequency within a predetermined time period, the charge stops. If the voltage value detected by the voltage value detection part goes below a lower limit value for a predetermined frequency within a predetermined time period, the charge also stops.
