PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding component which is spread out before its processing, and is fitted and turned into a ring shape after its processing, in which a load on the circular arcuate portion of the binding component is reduced in the fitting, and in which fitting accuracy is improved. SOLUTION: The coupling part 43g of the binding part 43 has a catch part 43j projecting to the center and a lower guide part 43i on both sides thereof. The lower guide part 43i is brought into contact with the inside of the upper guide part 43m of a coupling part 43h. The lower guide part 43i has a tapered part 43k in which part in contact with the upper guide part 43m is tapered. A first split ring part 43d and a third split ring part 43e are provided with a rib 43q on both sides thereof. With the tapered part 43k, an area where the coupling part 43g comes in contact with a coupling part 43h is made small, and the friction between the coupling parts 43g, 43h is reduced in the fitting.
