摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent endoscope apparatus capable of acquiring a white-light image as a high-definition and high-frame-rated image with deep field depth, and acquiring a fluorescent image as a bright image as much as possible, and capable of accurately detecting the relative positional relationships between the fluorescent image and the white-light image. SOLUTION: The fluorescent endoscope apparatus includes: a white-light and excitation-light radiation parts 1 to an observation part 10 of a living body; a first image acquisition part 2 having a first imaging optical system 2a and a first imaging element 2b for acquiring a first white-light image by using the light from the observation part; a second image acquisition part 3 having a second imaging optical system 3a and a second imaging element 3b for acquiring a second white-light image and a fluorescent image by using the light from the observation part; an output display part 4 for displaying the first white-light image acquired by the first image acquisition part; and a superimposing output display part 5 for superimposing and displaying the second white-light image and fluorescent image acquired by the second image acquisition part. The F-number of the first imaging optical system is larger than that of the second imaging optical system, and the resolution of the first imaging element is larger than that of the second imaging element.
