PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of gear squeak at reverse shift in a reverse gear of a system for moving an idle gear in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A disk-like stopper plate 51 keeping an internal spline 51c engageable with an external spline 27a1 of clutch hub 27a in the inner periphery is assembled in a flange part 27b2 formed on one side of an annular groove 27b1 of a sleeve 27b in a change-over clutch mechanism moving in response to the reverse shift by hooking a hook part 51b1 formed by being bent in a U-shape in the outer peripheral part of the stopper plate 51, and biased to a predetermined angle position by a spring 54. A projection 42a of a shift fork 42 for shifting the sleeve is engaged between the outer surface of the hook part and the inside surface of the annular groove opposed thereto. The external spline of a clutch hub keeps a notched groove 55 wider than plate thickness of the stopper plate in a position corresponding to the stopper plate in a neutral position.
