PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerogel sheet production system enabling a sol solution to easily and surely permeate a fiber body. SOLUTION: The aerogel sheet production system A is provided, and used for impregnating a fiber body F with such a sol solution S that the hydrolysis of a thermally hydrolyzable compound is inhibited by cooling. The system A includes a reservoir vessel 1 having a cooling device 11 and an agitating section 12; a feeding section 2 for feeding the sol solution S reserved in the reservoir vessel 1 from above the fiber body F; and a moving rails 3 equipped with conveying sections 31 for moving the fiber body F. In the system A, the sol solution S is reserved at a position located downstream of the feeding section 2 on the rails 3; and a water reservoir 4 deep enough to immerse the fiber body F in the sol solution S.
