The arrangement has holding-and fastening rails (3) provided on sides of a plate (5). Two strip-type double rubber elastic adhesive bands (4a, 4b) are arranged in an edge of each holding-and fastening rail. A set of injection holes (8) is provided in a section between the adhesive bands in a longitudinal extension of the holding-and fastening rails. The plate is fixed on the adhesive bands. A channel is formed in the adhesive bands, a top side of the holding-and fastening rail and a lower side of the plate and filled with a rubber elastic adhesive (7). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a composite arrangement.
