The transducer has a working chamber (8) for formation of hydrodynamic circuit flow (4) of working medium. A turbine wheel (2) is radially positioned partially or completely outside an impeller (1) and/or a guide vane ring (3). Direction of outflow of the medium of circuit flow of the impeller centrifugally extends in an axial direction. Direction of incident flow and/or the outflow of the medium of the circuit flow into the ring and/or from the ring extends in the axial direction in a centripetal manner.
