<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting coordinates correcting an error precisely while preventing an increase in takt time. <P>SOLUTION: Relative misregistration between work positions on work targets 2, 3 and end effectors 7, 8 is corrected by first correction for creating a first correction table by detecting an error originating from a machine coordinate system including a conveyance means 4 in respective positioning stages A, B and manipulators 5, 6 before work and correcting an error originating from the machine coordinate system in work based on the first correction table and second correction for creating a second correction table by detecting an error originating from each dimension tolerance of the plurality of work targets 2, 3 on one of the positioning stages A, B in work and correcting an error originating from a dimension tolerance of the respective work targets 2, 3 based on the second correction table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
