<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch containing ketoprofen being an active ingredient, which has excellent percutaneous absorption and safety of ketoprofen and high storage stability. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous patch includes ketoprofen, an amine and a polyethylene glycol wherein the contents of ketoprofen, the amine and the polyethylene glycol in a plaster are 0.1-5 wt.%, 0.5-10 wt.% and 5-30 wt.%, respectively.
