<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze a factor that causes a state (non-operation continuing state, hereafter), wherein a non-operational state of a component mounting machine continues over a set time or more, afterward. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 12 of the component mounting machine 11 determines whether the non-operational state continues over the set time or more, displays, on a display 15, a factor input screen for a worker to input the factor of bringing the non-operation continuing state, when detecting the non-operation continuing state where the non-operational state continues over the set time or more, and nullifies a start button 14 to prohibit restart of production, until the worker inputs the factor of bringing the non-operation continuing state into the factor input screen of the display 15. The production is restarted by operating the start button 14, after the worker inputs the factor of bringing the non-operation continuing state into the factor input screen of the display 15. The factor that causes the non-operation continuing state is analyzed afterward by this manner, and an operation rate of the component mounting machine 11 is expected to be enhanced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
