<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus, an image processing apparatus and an image processing system for increasing user convenience while reducing job latency. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1A detects a failure of each function unit (S11), and determines an unavailable function mode (S12). The image forming apparatus 1A transmits the unavailable function mode to the management apparatus 2 (S15). When obtaining the unavailable function mode (S21), the management apparatus 2 updates a function mode table 211. The management apparatus 2 increases the priority of a function mode available to the image forming apparatus 1A in the image forming apparatus 1A. The management apparatus 2 accordingly reduces the priority of the function mode available to the image forming apparatus 1A in image forming apparatuses 1B and 1C that are in normal operation.
