PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of reliably holding a film. SOLUTION: A measuring, packaging and pricing machine 1 includes a right and left side holding mechanism 34 for holding both ends (negative X side end and positive X side end) of a stretch film SF, and pulling both ends in the separating direction from each other. A right side holding mechanism 34R of the right and left side holding mechanism 34 includes a right side upper holding member 34a and a right side lower holding member 34b for holding the right side (positive X side) end out of both ends of the stretch film in a cooperative manner with each other.
