PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust steam recovery device capable of automatically adjusting an overflow position, according to the amount of exhaust steam supplied. SOLUTION: An exhaust steam supply pipe 17 and an air discharge valve 22 are connected to a heat exchange vessel 1. An atmospheric air release pipe 4 is disposed at the center of the heat exchange vessel 1. An overflow pipe 3 for discharging condensed drainage of steam is disposed farther at a center section of the atmospheric air release pipe 4. A proportional weir 7 as a flow rate weir is mounted downward from an upper end 11 of the overflow pipe 3. When the amount of steam condensate in the heat exchange vessel 1 is large, a head height of the weir is automatically increased so that a large amount of steam condensate is discharged from the proportional weir 7; whereas when the amount of steam condensate in the heat exchange vessel 1 is small, the head height of the weir is automatically reduced, and the amount of discharged steam condensate is reduced, and thereby overflow position can be automatically adjusted, according to the amount of the exhaust steam supplied.
